Pastors Bill and Pam reflect God’s heart in their desire to reach the hopeless, brokenhearted, weary and discouraged with the love of Jesus. Fulfilling the vision of Victory to share the Love, Acceptance, and Forgiveness of Jesus, both locally and globally, they are active both in our community and around the world.
Since 2005, Pastor Bill has felt a deep passion for the people of the South Sudan, specifically the orphaned children. VCC has partnered with Sudan For Christ Ministries as a major ministry focus in our prayers, outreaches, and financial giving. Pastor Bill focuses the majority of his time toward this important outreach along with the pursuit of the land and building God has set aside for VCC. He also serves as the State Director for Christians United For Israel (CUFI).
Pastor Pam is the State Prayer Director for 'Daughters for Zion', a prayer network of women for Christians United for Israel (CUFI). She also continues to travel and minister throughout the world.
Prior to founding Victory Christian Center in 1989 in Lafayette, Indiana, Pastors Bill and Pam served for eight years on the pastoral staff at Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma with Pastors Billy Joe and Sharon Daugherty, where they served as directors over Victory Bible Institute and Victory Fellowship of Ministries.
They are the parents of six children and 14 grandchildren.
Pastors Dan and Kelli are committed to fulfilling Victory's mission of sharing the LOVE, ACCEPTANCE, & FORGIVENESS of JESUS with young people! Through the BLAZE student ministry, Dan and Kelli are creating a high-energy environment where young people can discover and develop their God-given talents and abilities.
Dan is a business banker at Centier Bank in Lafayette and Kelli stays busy connecting with hundreds of Purdue students through her property management company. Dan is grateful for the opportunity to coach his sons' baseball and basketball teams.
Dan and Kelli and their five children are on a mission to equip the next generation to change the world... one person at a time.
Pastor Kris is a "kid at heart" who loves the sharing the love of Jesus with the children of Victory. You'll find her most often in CityPark Kids Church during worship services. During the week, she's in the office reaching out to those in need and helping with many different aspects of Victory's facilities and programs. Kris have 2 children, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Sandy and Brad share a passion to equip believers for the work of the ministry, they coordinate the 'Living Life' Mentoring Program. This program is designed to train leaders to disciple and mentor others. In addition, Brad and Sandy support leaders in the Care Group Ministry as they grow in their knowledge of the Word, share the love, acceptance, and forgiveness of Jesus and care for one another.
Brad and Sandy have three daughters, a son, and twelve grandchildren. They both desire for others to know God’s love and the personal experience of God as their restorer.
Heather has a heart of service for the lost and hurting of Lafayette and the surrounding community. Along with her husband, Shane, she also leads the Married Life group. Heather is also Service Coordinator and spends a good portion of her time making sure that everything runs smoothly for the adult services.
Heather and Shane have four very active boys and love spending time outdoors with them, whether at home in their back yard, out chasing summer thunderstorms, or as active members of Harvest Christian Camp.
As Administrative Assistant, Morgan wears many hats including scheduling, answering phones, and church media. She has a desire to serve in any capacity needed. On a Sunday morning, you may find her in City Park with our 1st to 5th graders, in the sound booth running the presentation aspect of services, or on the stage or tv screens delivering the weekly announcements.
Morgan and her husband, Tyrel, have two young children, a daughter and son. They are enjoying watching them grow and develop. This stage in their children's lives seems to bring something new everyday.
