  • Bill & Pam Mickler, Founding Pastors & Senior Pastor


    Pastors Bill and Pam reflect God’s love in ministering to the brokenhearted, weary, and discouraged the love of Jesus through Victory’s vision of love acceptance and forgiveness.


    Pastor Pam currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Center.  Her love for people; anointed worship, preaching and teaching; and administrative abilities are a tremendous blessing to Victory’s local and extended family.


    Pastor Bill has retired from actively sharing the Senior Pastor position with Pastor Pam to pursue, through Victory World Outreach, his passion and the vision God placed in his heart for the orphans of the world.  VWO is a ministry dedicated to finding and assisting with financial support nationals who have a God-given vision for an orphanage.  More information for Victory World Outreach is available at:  www.victoryworldoutreach.org. 


    Pastors Bill and Pam formerly acted as CUFI (Christians United for Israel) State Directors for Indiana. Currently, they serve as Congressional Liaison Representatives, and Pastor Pam as State Prayer Director for “Daughters for Zion,” a CUFI prayer network of women.


    Prior to founding Victory Christian Center in 1989 in Lafayette, Indiana, Bill and Pam served on the pastoral staff at Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they served as Directors of Victory Bible Institute and Victory Fellowship of Ministries.


    Bill and Pam are the parents of six children, twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  

  • Dan & Kelli Peter, Associate Pastors/ Youth Pastors


    Pastors Dan and Kelli serve on the Finance Committee and as Trustees of Victory Christian Center.  They have come alongside Pastor Pam at this time to assist her in a pastoral role in this new season at Victory.  


    Pastors Dan and Kelli have served Victory Christian in various arenas during the past 24 years, as Blaze Student Ministry Pastors, preaching, and teaching classes in Victory Bible Institute.  They are passionate about sharing the unconditional love of God and sowing the Word of God into the lives of those to whom they minister.


    Dan is a business banker at Centier Bank in Lafayette, and Kelli connects with hundreds of Purdue students through her property management company.  Dan thoroughly enjoys the privilege of coaching his sons’ golf and basketball teams.  Dan and Kelli have 5 children.

  • Kris Downey, Pastoral Care


    Kris has a compassionate heart for those who have suffered pain, loss and heartache and find themselves in very difficult circumstances and often overwhelming financial needs.  As she ministers in the area of benevolence, she is able to give guidance with budgets, help with finances, make connections with other supporting agencies, and pray with, comfort and encourage the people to whom she ministers.


    In addition, Kris continues to stay connected with those she ministers to with periodic phone calls and notes.  She especially has a heart for the women and the children with whom she has connected.  


    Kris has two children, eight grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.


  • Sandy & Brad Marchel, Pastoral Care


    Brad and Sandy have a passion to reach out to the lost and hurting, especially in those times when they need encouragement, support or ministry.  They love to come alongside those in need during difficult times to say “we care.”  Brad and Sandy enjoy connecting with others, making hospital visits and being available for counsel when needed.  They both desire for others to know God’s love and the personal experience of God as their restorer.


    In addition, Sandy manages attendance records, reaches out to visitors, keeps the staff up-to-date on prayer requests, provides clerical support and phone coverage in the office and oversees the Hospitality Ministry.  She thoroughly enjoys the opportunities to teach God’s Word.


    Brad and Sandy have three daughters, a son, and thirteen grandchildren.

  • Morgan Fullam, Media Specialist


    Morgan is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with the children she ministers to in the Victory Kids’ services.  She is relatable, with young children of her own, and committed to equip and train Victory Kids in the Word of God, in being sensitive to God’s presence in worship, and in applying what they learn to their lives.


    In addition, Morgan is involved in scheduling volunteers, answering phones and all aspects of media for the Church, including graphics, website and social media outreach.


    Morgan, and her husband, Tyrel, have two children.  They love every day with their children and “relish” the exciting adventures they experience daily as they grow and develop.

  • Mark and Laurel Hassett, Facilities Manager, Director of

    Children's Ministry


    Mark, skilled and thorough in what he knows as a “fix it” man, oversees and manages the needs of the building in terms of repairs, installs, and general daily upkeep as Facilities Manager.


    Laurel, with a passion for children and babies and their provision and protection, oversees the  Nursery through Elementary age areas during services.  Her administrative and organizing skills serves the children well as she schedules volunteers, manages the supplies needed, establishes policies for the individual areas, and connects with parents.  


    In addition, Mark currently serves as Head Usher and security for the building and Laurel as Service Coordinator during Victory services.


    Mark and Laurel have three children and two grandchildren.
