Victory  is a local church with a vision to share the love, acceptance, and forgiveness of Jesus in order to impact our city, and our world, through the Holy Spirit’s ministry of restoration for God, through Jesus Christ.

Jesus said that the Spirit of the Lord was upon Him to preach the gospel to the poor; to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty those who are oppressed (Luke 4:18).

Many people in the world today feel hopeless and brokenhearted. They have become weary and discouraged. They need to know that Jesus loves them. They need to know there is a plan for their life that has been orchestrated by God himself.

We believe Victory is a spiritual restoration center for these people.
